Video on the ipaq...

I have an Rx3715 and i have a few videos that i want to put on my ppc. But they are large files. I want to know if there is a program that would automatically convert the High Quality Files into a good quality for the ipaqs resolution. Any suggestions are appreciated.

What format are they? The two free converters are:
Windows Media Encoder, works mostly with MS video format.

PocketDivXEncoder, can convert to divx or xvid and you can use BetaPlayer to play.
