FYI
I recently ordered and received a PM500-C stylus from them. The top part of the cap (to get to the rest pin) was extremely difficult to unscrew from the larger piece. I wrote them about it and received a reply w/in an hour that they would send me a replacement and that I should keep the original as a spare. Now that's good customer service!
