Psiwin 2.3 not in Control Panel to uninstall

I am trying to uninstall Psiwin 2.3 from my computer (O/S XP Pro). It is not listed in the Control Panel Add/Remove programs and it cannot be manually deleted via Win Explorer due to status of .dll files. It works fine, but I have now bought a PDA so I would like to get rid of it.

Any thoughts?

You can try two things:

1. Reinstall Psiwin and then delete it correctly using Control Panel.

2. Start Windows in Safe Mode and then delete the files. You're getting the error because PsiWin automatically starts some portions of PsiWin running when you boot up in normal mode.
