Folders and Documents to go----Newbie

I am a new pda user. My boss has gotten me a clie peg nx70v/u. My prob is this He wants me to keep about 100 meg of Word docs in the same folders on a memory stick as are on his computer. In Documents to go -Premimum-i see no way to do this. Tech service has yet to answer me back. Is there another pgm that i can recurse about 20 directories with documents without having to either give up the directory?
