Windows CE 1.0 for Velo 1 [Archive]

I have been given a Velo 1 and have not been able to sync with my desktop. I have not been given the Windows CE 1.0 CD. I have tried by downloading HPC explorer with no success. I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could obtain a copy of the Windows CE 1.0 software. I have the Windows CE 2.0 upgrade but cannot use it as the Velo is only at 1.0.
If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated, Thanks David.
