Does this exist? I bought the IE before I knew of it's limitations.
is there any solution?
I need to synch mail with Outlook, and my wireless provider won't change my reply-to address.
Can i flash the berry with EE firmware and have it work without involving my wireless provider?
I can't just use the EE desktop redirector with IE can I??
thanks

If it's Rogers AT&T, they offer a conversion kit. Call their national support line, not the kiosk at the mall ;-)

Sure. The backup/restore function in the desktop software allows you to back up your IE service book, among other things.

Yes, I called Rogers National line, and the kit is $95 CDN. They ship it by courier in 48 hrs.
I asked if it could be used to convert multiple berries, and they said no (of course). But I think theyre lying, since they say it requires no involvement from them, you just flash the berry and it works right away.
I still have not found a vendor of Enterprise Edition Blackberries. Like, it still works out to be $95 more -having to but an Internet Edition, and then the conversion kit. I'd like to find a source of these, without the company trying to sell me the BES and their "integration services" as part of a "solution".

Rogers sells EE as well as IE:

You could also go straight to RIM:

What about going the other direction?
I have an Exchange Edition (which I got used really cheap), but no enterprise e-mail account whatsover (doh!).

You can convert either way (unless you are with RIM itself, they do not offer IE directly). Contact your retailer and they will switch you to IE, it is more expensive however.
