Depends on what you want to do, and who you talk to. My personal choice is Wordsmith for word processing, Quick Sheet for spreadsheets, and DTG for Powerpoint. That results in some huge bloat on the system resources.
If I had to pick 1 package, it would probably be Quick Office.

Hi!
I bought the DocsToGo pack, and I'm satisfied with it. I'm using it hardly, but it occupies more than 2megs in the internal memory, therefore i'm using the expansion card for the docs. It is only 69$, and I think if you buy separately a word, a sheet, a slideshow and a picture hanler app they will cost a lot more.

Have used QuickOffice for 2 years now. I love it.

I think my SAAB 9000 is a great car...it just went past 300,000 miles without flinching. But I must be wrong about it being great because I can go weeks without see another 9000.
The point of my story is that usability and satisfaction are not best determined by the use of polls. You can download and try the demo of both products.
I like Quick Office and have used it for more than 3 years and have not had a single problem. Not one! Not in the performance of the individual components or in the conduit to the PC based corollaries. I think the Excel style spreadsheet is very good for the work I do with it; investment analysis and record keeping.

Another very happy Docs to Go user here! I had version 4 for a year and have just upgraded to version 5 which is even better - I write in bullets and this, I recently discovered, not only writes in bullets but tabbed bullets (all my Christmases have come at once!) I use excel a lot and use the chart making function quite often. I also keep my power point presentations on the pda and can edit them there. I have recently converted to the new product in the stable - Smartlist to Go and now have complete connectivity with word, excel, power point and access. I'm happy and have no affiliation with the company whatsoever!

I've registered both of these and have used them both extensively at different stages of my palm experience and I find that both have pros and cons.
While QuickOffice has a better GUI and more features, I prefere Documents to Go for what I consider to be better preservation of document formatting between syncs. I find this to be particularly true with Word documents. With QuickOffice, I would lose formatting of my documents on the desktop while with DXTG, I never lose formatting of my original document. DXTG is my current favorite.
Just my opinion :-)
