I am looking at getting the GPS 10, however there is this little voice in my head that is telling me that it is very impractical to get if i am planning on keeping the iQue and the GPS 10/x50v. I am not crazy (hopefully), but I dont see why I cant. I know there are a lot of poeple who have both.

Do you plan on keeping both?
Do you use both?
Do you recommend having both?
If you had to go back, and choose, would you have gotten the GPS 10?

Do you plan on keeping both?
Yes. I plan on keeping the iQue as a backup. I never sell anything, anyways.

Do you use both?
No. The gps 10/x50v combo with Seidio mount is so awesome, I really have no use for the iQue anymore.

Do you recommend having both?
Not really.

If you had to go back, and choose, would you have gotten the GPS 10?
Absolutely!

If I did have a GPS 10 I would still keep the iQue - for backup and as a collector's item (best PDA of 2003 and 2004, 1st PDA with integrated GPS, most ergonomic PDA, most elegant cradle, my last Palm PDA???).

On several occasions I was close to buying a GPS 10. I have one iQue, two car mounts, three Gilssons. If it is true that the Que software for PPC does not support VGA I am better off with the 320x480 resolution of the iQue anyway. Plus, the iQue's screen is larger than the x50's. So the iQue is for GPS and the Axe the main PDA.

OK, ok, I'd probably buy a GPS 10 as soon as it supports VGA...

I have the GPS 10 with and Audiovox axv6600. I still have my iQue 3600, but I am wondering if I should sell it. I never use it any more. I haven't figured out how to keep it synchronized with the PPC. So does anyone want a slightly out of warranty iQue 3600? I would throw in a car cradle and 256 mb sd card as well as the desktop sync cradle and all software.

I say keep. A spare is always useful if you have to RMA or lose it or have it nicked. Can you believe I now have four Garmin devices: iQue, Forerunner 201, cfQue, and now the GPS 10.

This is a good question for me, too. I have 2 iQues (I had to RMA one and have been so dependent on it I had to have a backup before the approximately 10 day turnaround). But, I have been shadowing this forum, too. I am thinking I need to make the jump from Palm (probably 12 years or more of experience) to PPC, but my question is, should I go now or hold out for some "next best thing?" I don't know enough about PPC to know if they are on the cusp of a huge breakthrough, and if I wait 6 months I can get a totally different unit. I am happy with my iQue, but the writing is on the wall as far as I can tell. So, what do you think? Should I make the jump now or wait?

Wait. The next version of the Windows Mobile OS is just around the corner. New devices that support it will appear. Rumours already talk of a new Dell Axim successor to the x50.

True...I waited for a reason. I couldnt justify just getting another PDA. I waited until my iQue broke, and it was fortunately when the x50v's were on sale, for a great price with everything I wanted (completecare is great...i already used it once!!!!!). I dont know what mods they are planning on for the new verson...the latest pics look VERY similar to WM2003 se. Its still nice having the trusty iQue.
