I have recently changed to a new PC and the HotSync no longer works to Lotus Notes. I used to have NT4.0, and have now moved to XP. I can not find any settings wrong, but I also have no software installed to make the translation. Any help to point me in the right direction?

Do I understand you correctly: Everything else is syncing properly? YOur only problem is Lotus Notes? What is your conduit to Notes?

The rest of the sync seems to work. I have now installed Intellisync from Pumatech, but am getting the error message 'Unknown PalmPilot section database'

Sorry to say intellisync and I are not friends.

I know that in the past their have been reports of conflicts with Notes and the Palm software at the registry level. I have a very long day today, on the road, and I think the best I can do to help now is suggest you uninstall and reinstall the Palm Desktop. I'll do some looking for other solutions this evening.

I have uninstalled the Intellisync, and reinstalled the Palm desktop. The PC and palm see each other without problems, but how does the palm know to go to Lotus NOtes? It never askes for a password, or id file.
