What's the deal? I have removed programs using Settings/Memory/Remove Programs, But there is still a blank window and the program name under Programs for each one I've removed. When I tap on it, the following messege is displayed:

"Cannot find '(xxxxxxxx)' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available."

I've tried a soft reset and then a back-up and a hard reset, but when I reloaded, they were still there. I have a 3955, any sugustions?

Thanks,

Greetings;

I have noticed that some programs when removed leave the shortcut in the program folder. What you need to do is click and hold to get the menu to delete the shortcut. Also sometimes the deleted program leaves files also, keep a lookout for that also.

Greetings;

Of course I have other ideas. Use the file explorer on the iPAQ goto my device>windows>start menu>programs and find the shortcut there and delete it.

If that doesn't work use the explore option thru active sync and your desktop Explore>my pocket Pc>windows>start menu>programs and find the shortcut there and delete it.
