Here's the setup: iPAQ 3955 w/ CF Jacket and Targus CF modem card, using ATT Worldnet as the dialup isp on desktop and iPAQ.

When I setup the connection for the Worldnet connection, an inbox was created. Now I have 2 Inboxes, an Activesync inbox (which syncs with ATT Woldnet account in Outlook on the desktop) and a Worldnet inbox.

When on the road, the iPAQ is used to send and receive e-mails via the Targus CF modem. I can send and receive e-mails out of the Worldnet Inbox fine via the CF modem.

The problem is, how do I get the emails in the Worldnet Inbox to sync or 'moved over' to Outlook on the desktop PC? I don't have the option to move items from one inbox to another. I can only move e-mails within it's own Inbox. :(

Thanks in advance for your time,
Paul

You would need to use the "CE INBOX TRANSFER" option on your PCs Outlook Tools menu.

This should only be a problem for any SENT messages from your handheld. The received messages should remain on your desktop PC until retrieved using your desktop outlook.

In ActiveSync I would turn off Syncing your inbox and only deal with the one account. As kpduty said the only thing that shouldn't be syncing to the desk top would be the sent items.
