The Palm Outlook conduits still have some major bugs with Outlook 2003, even with the updates. These errors have been discussed on many other forums as well. There doesn't seem to be one answer to the problem. From what I've seen, here are some steps to try:

1. Look for any multiday appointmnets without a subject and delete or give them a subject name

2. Do a "Handheld overwrites desktop" sync

3. Download DBScan from www.pimlicosoftware.com and run it on your Palm. Erase any deleted or corrupted records it finds and then try hotysyncing again.

4. Reset the link that might have been lost to the Default Outlook folders with the Palm software.
a) Restart your computer by clicking on "Start/Shut Down/Restart".
b) After your computer finishes restarting and before you open Outlook or any other applications, go to "Start/Run" and type "outlook /resetfolders". Make sure you leave a space after the word “outlook” but no space after the forward slash “/” and don't include the quotes. Only result from this command should be MS Outlook application opening or launching on the computer.
c) Re-synchronize.

Hopefully one of these will fix the problem. As I advise everyone here, I would abandon the Palm Outlook conduits and use Pocket Mirror. It is much faster and much more reliable. If you ever had another, earlier Palm, you can load Pocket Mirror form the earlier CD and then do the free updates at www.chapura.com . If you never had another Palm, I recommend you purchase Pocket Mirror from the same site.
