Recurrence Issue in Calendar

One of my users is getting this problem in her Blackberry. She creates an appointment that occurs every other Tuesday from 7:30am - 8:30am, starting on November 26th and ends on December 31st.
The Outlook Calendar is okay, but when synching with the Blackberry it goes to the wrong Tuesday, December 3rd.
I recreated another one and it happen to it also.
I tested this on another Blackberry to see if I can replicate the problem, but the problem did not resurface.

Any ideas or suggestions.

there are several known issues with the BlackBerry and recurring calendar appointments. Almost all have been fixed in Service Pack 4a which is available for free download from http://www.blackberry.net/cgi-bin/declaration/bbee_ds_21_sp4a.exe
