hello
afther making several mistakes on my ipaq,I have to make a total reset and begin everything from zero
Could someone explain how it works on pocket pc 2002?
I found the soft reset but it seams not to be enough and i don't know how to have a total reset

What model do you have? 3100/3600/3700 or 3800/3900?

Hold down the two outside buttons while pressing hte reset button on the bottom.

Hold down the two outside buttons (the one that looks like the calendar and the right pointing arrow)while pressing the reset button on the bottom with the sylus for 10 seconds. When you release press the reset button again with the stylus.

If it comes up with the menus to tap the screen, etc you know you've done a hard reset.
