I've trasferred many tracks from ique to pc and everytime exporting works very well.

NOT today!

My operation (ITALIAN/POSSIBILE ENGLISH COMMAND):

- run QUE TRACKS
- click on SALVA/SAVE, choose START and STOP time, and save track with name
- run MACSOURCE on PC, choose TRASFERIMENTO-RICEVI DALLA PERIFERICA/TRASFER-RECEIVE FROM IQUE
- confirm and I find a tracks of 29 april!

This reporting is correct, in 29 aprile i've run this way, but I want today track!

Continue to delete REGISTRO/LOG on QUETRACKS and imported tracks in MAPSOURCE.
New import command and... 29 april traks return!

So delete all file in C:\PROGRAM FILES\PALM\USER\TRACKS, new hosync, new IMPORT and... never track find by mapsource.

Watch on ique and a seved track still visible.

How can I trasfert this tracks?

Maybe the older time not limitate in new saved track and IMPORT command in MAPSOURCE get all LOG REGISTRY?

So the save tracks on QUETRAKS is impossibile to export to PC?

PS: Track Conduit 2.3 is correctely installed.

If the conduit works as expected, the tracks in your iQue will be transferred on every Hotsync. If you then, in Mapsource, click on the litte GPS symbol, with the up arrow (Receive from device), and select the iQue as the device, it will read the tracks from the folder where the conduit placed them.

If this doesn't work, try re-installing the conduit.

Thaks, the step I made is exactely that.

I try to re-install conduit but the Installshield process stops with an alert say something like 'This product is already installed'.

So I try to uninstall with controlpanel applet, restart and reinstall, but the Installshield continue to stop with same alert.

I search in the registry for string TRACK CONDUIT, I found 3 key, I've delete-it, restart and try to re-install: the same alert with stop installed process.

But now I know is a problem on the PC.... if I find a solution, I'll post-it here for further consultation.
Meanwhile every suggest is accepted!

Not good news I'm afraid.
I had the same problem and tried everything to get rid of the "product already installed" error.
In the end I uninstalled mapsource and palm desktop and deleted all registry entries.

After reinstalling desktop and mapsource it accepted the installation of track conduit

Slow is only re-installing maps (I've cityselect6 uodate (2cd set) so I must be install first another 2 cd of cityselect5.

Of course better than my ultimate solution: I think to FORMAT my pc in the week-end!
