Backed up files

Well I bought a mako about a year ago used for $100, and enjoyed it very much. It was just what i needed for everything. Just a few short miniuts ago it compleatly broke. No soft or hard resets will work. I am not too worryed because it served me well, and it was used when i got it. My problem is that I have no way of getting the backed up contacts off the backup utility and into outlook. I kepted 600+ contacts in it and none on the computer. If anyone would be able to tell me how to extract theese files it would be greatly apriciated.

There are instructions in my FAQ (URL below) on downloading and installing the EPOC emulator for the PC. This will allow you at least to access your Revo data onscreen on the PC. You can then use the Contacts app to export all your contacts in a CSV file or similar, which Outlook can import.

Hopefully, it really has stopped you running a hard reset - if you've heard a single beep in the process you may have actually done one even if there's no screen activity. If this is the case you have lost your data. I hope this is not the case.
