left over icons on Pocket Windows 2003

On my Windows 2003 there are programs appearing in the start menu and also have their icon (unrecognized type) in the Programs folder, but I cannot delete them. The program has been deleted (Fannsoftware Converter freeware) because I bought the Pro version, but I cannot get rid of the start menu entry and the Program icon. Is there anything similar to a registry cleaner?

Open the File Explorer on your pocketpc, browse to Windows/Start Menu and Windows/Start Menu/Programs folder and see if you can see the icons there, you can delete them by tap&hold on it until a popup with option to delete shows up. You may need to soft reset first.
