database to contacts

Is there any way that I can move the contents of my database to my contacts application on my S7 without having to cut and paste the whole lot bit by bit?

There are a few utilities that will do this for you. One that I was able to find just now is called, DataContact (http://www.psionplace.com/software/series5/DataContact-1999-11-26-psion-series5.html).
