I bought the iQue a month ago. Had a chance to use it during my trip to Phoenix over Memorial Day and all can say is AWESOME.
I was able to navigate around Phoenix without any problems at all. Unit worked perfectly and liked the screen, did not need external antenna.
Question:
I've passed my old Palm V on a family member, but cannot sync on the same computer. The Palm and my computer do not recognize each other. Nothing happens when I try to sync. Can I use both units to sync to the same computer? What must I do?
Thanks

Did you install the version of Palm Desktop that came on the iQue installation CD, or the updated one from Garmin (http://www.garmin.com/support/collection.jsp?product=010-00264-00)? I have successfully synched multiple iQue's with one PC, and I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work with multiple Palm's in general.

Did you uninstal the old Palm Desktop before installing iQue's desktop? Garmin recommeds, you should instal over the old one without the uninstal.

I must be retarded, because I used the advanced search and could not find them on the garmin forum (went all the way to 2003).
There are some hits on other models, not sure if relevant.
Anyhow, I seem to have an identical problem.
Innguyen, did you fix your problem? How?

The problem appeared to be I had been using the newest version of Palm software from the Palm website.
After I uninstalled the Palm software and reinstalled the Palm Desktop from the iQue installation CD, the problem was fixed. Hope it works for you.

I'm currently using the latest Palm desktop that came with my Treo 650 (bought it a couple months ago). I've had the Garmin for almost 2 yrs now, so that software was originally installed on my laptop. I uninstalled the "Garmin" Palm desktop, installed the new "Treo" Palm Desktop, and gave the Treo a new (different) device name. My Garmin device name was still there and the Map Install option was still there once I launched the new Palm Desktop. Also, both devices sync flawlessly. I've even been able to load the new version of Docs to Go that came with the Treo onto the Garmin.
