iQue 3600 - Unlock code "invalid"

Have installed detailed maps on my new iQue 3600, but when I try to unlock with the 25 digit code included on enclosed form I get an "appears invalid" alert. Checking code and retrying produces the same result. Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated.
