I was installing the EUU 3 onto my 3765 when, for whatever reason, my Activesynce disconnected. Now, when I turn on the IPAQ, it won't go past the "iPAQ Pocket PC" splash screen. I've even done a hard reset, and, at first I would get some type of "repplog.exe" error, but now I don't even get that.
Does anyone have any ideas?

The only time that your iPaq is meant to be attached to the cradle/sync|ed to your PC is while copying over the file. Do you mean it crashed here? Or while it was actually installing it...?
No, the file transferred over fine. I'm actually not using the standard cradle, I have a USB sync cable/trickle charger that I use at home. While the update was running on the iPaq, I got the "disconnected" sound from the PC. At this point, I also lost AC power to the IPAQ, and the backlight went off.
This is when I made my fatal error... I touched the screen on the iPaq and interrupted the update. I talked to Compaq Tech support, and after lecturing me that I shouldn't load any EUU update unless I'm having problems with the specific bugs that the update addresses, he told me that I'd basically screwed up the ROM, and I have to send it in. Oh well, live and learn...

I thought they had rom utility applications for the 36/37xx , I know they had one for the 38xx while back, which would basically just rewrite the entire thing from scratch with thier stock backup.
