Unable to send emails with revo

Help wanted! I am unable to send emails with my revo via my Nokia 6210 and I don´t know what I might be doing wrong. Receiving mail is not a problem, neither connecting to an ftp- server (including up and download) or acessing the web. Did anybody have similar problems?

This sounds like an error with your outgoing mail server. Check that you have keyed in the SMTP setting correctly. Also, it's essential that you use the SMTP outgoing mail server of the ISP you use to connect to the Internet with.

are you using the included outlook style mail program? I would agree with julie, you have made a mistake in the send mail line in the setting up of the program. try setting it up again and make sure that that line is correct. if all else fails then you can always use opera to access a secure websit for checking your mail.

Thanks for the help! I tried a different provider and the corresponding SMTP-server, and now it works.:)
