Just ordered 400mhz Axim

I just ordered the 400mhz Axim and it just occured to me. Nowhere in the specs or photos do I see an infrared port. Am I crazy or is the Axim missing the infrared port. I will be pretty upset if it does because I find that to be a usefull feature.


Also I cannot beleive that dell takes 4 days just to process your invoice and then a total of 15 business days to get your order shipped to you. I live right by the Dell warehouse and I cannot beleive the time it is going to take to get my Axim.:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

The Dell Axim does have an IR port, if you look in the tech specs under ports and connectors you will see the following:

Standard v1.2 (115 kbps) Infrared Port

But I dont believe the Dell has Consumer Powerful IR Like the 5450 has..
The IR is so new that HP/Compaq had to get new FCC Approvance..
