Ringtones

Hello People,
I finaly found the ringtones I downloaded for my ipqa 6315, they are sitting in mmjukebox.
Can anyone tell me how to get them out of there and install them on my ipaq.

Activesync your iPAQ, click Explore on the desktop activesync window, then you can copy and paste (like you would normally do with any files) your .wav files to Windows\Rings folder on the iPAQ.
