Ringer volume rocker as scroller?

Howdy all,
Anyone know if there's a hack or setting to get the Ringer volume rocker on the Treo 650 to be used as a scroller for reading the web or a document?

Get Butler. I read TealDoc with my volume rocker every night!

BTW, KeyCaps600 can interfere with Butler unless hold delay is set to about 350mS
