The attractively priced iQue M3 features larger, intuitive icons that makes it easier for consumers to select navigation applications using their index finger, rather than a stylus.
Finally. Stylus in car = bad idea. The sad thing is: they knew about this three years ago when they were designing the iQue. When will it make its way to the current Que apps?

Users are also able to choose between a three-dimensional navigation view, or the more traditional "bird's eye" overhead view. The 3D navigation perspective lets drivers see an uncluttered view of what's down the road.

It's about time.

The M3 - what the heck is this thing? It runs on WM2003 but is it also a PDA? It doesn't sound like it. How is this better than the Quest? I don't understand the market positioning of this thing.

Here's its product page on Garmin;

It's pretty much the same size as M5.
Here's M5 spec, just for comparison;

will need to compare the M3 and M5 more closely, seems like Bluetooth is only missing thing? Price difference, and different user interface.

Wonder if it will have avoidance areas like the big brother?

I think 4 main differences are
1> M3 has slower cpu (312-MHz vs 416 MHz )
2> M3 has less ROM (32 MB ROM vs 64 MB ROM )
3> As you menttioned, M3 has no bluetooth.
4> Perhaps M3 has no 3rd party applications such as Sprite Backup.

I sure hope this means that there is an update to the Que app for the GPS 10 in the pipeline. BTW, where the heck City Select NA V7 anyways??

OWG, you read my mind. Sure hoping that the Que app gets the new features. The GPS 10 abd M5 haven't been out that long for Garmin to drop it.

Damn, the screen shots of the new Que app on the M3 looks great!!!
