Power and Lighting Application Names

I have a freeware application that displays the Batttery % on the Today screen (PowerControl1.7) and can also provide access to Power Control and Backlight Control. See part of application readme below.

2-2 It can execute PowerControl Application
Its default file name is \windows\power.cpl
If your device is not TOSHIBA e310 and e740, please modify this file name.
2-3 It can execute Front/BacklightControl Application
Its default file name is \windows\frontlight.cpl
If your device is not TOSHIBA e310 and e740, please modify this file name.

Does anyone know what the file names for iPAC 3900 series are?
