active Sync 3.8

Trying to sync using Active Sync 3.8. When synchronizing " Files"

get a message

1 item not synchronized

However I can not determine what file is not synchronized in order to fix it.

any suggestions ?

How is Active Sync. 4.0 coming along??

Typically it could be Word or Excel file that contain complex format or fonts the PPC does not have. Or the file is opened by application on either desktop or ppc. This article has more details about unresolved items;

Activesync 4.0 should come out when WM 5.0 comes out perhaps around October.
