Another successful upgrade! and only 34 pounds.

I copied all my SIS files onto the D directory and backed up the D drive before changing the module. I then restored the back-up to a larger D.

When I try to run any of the SIS files to load some critical and needed applications I get a report 'Installation file is corrupt Cannot install'. (Same message if I use the older smaller CF D drive).

Any advice?

Where did you get your SIS files from? The :\System\install folder? These are NOT real SIS files, but 'stubs' used to track what software components each program needs (so that they are no removed when uninstalling another program).

I thought the system/install folder held the real SIS files, so I did not use any other backup. Foolish Youth!

I have located the real files, reloaded the apps and saved and backed up the real SIS files.

Thanks
