I am using Mac OS 9.2, PalmDesktop v4 with hotsync, the one that comes with PD v4.
I keep getting an eror message' The hotsync operation was interrupted' after only of few seconds of hotsycing. I read somwhere that strashing the 'backup' conduit solves this problem but it doesn't.

Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong? It was working okay for a while. I also I have missing sync, not sure what version though.

your problem could be that your on a mac- try reinstalling palm desktop

Thanks climea. I had reinstalled about 5 times and the problem didn't go away. I actually found a work-around called '~Palm4Fix'
You run this app every start up and it fixes the problem perfectly.
Maybe the next version of Hotsync will have tihs sorted.

ok, just one of my friends was having a problen hotsyncing his clie with his mac
