T3 hotsync error

I am getting a hot sync error with 'Outlook Calendar' (error:00004004).
This just started a week ago. Everything else seems to sync fine.
Any help would be much appreciated. I don't know if I changed any settings in Outlook that may affect hot sync.

Are you using the Palm Outlook conduits or Pocket Mirror? The 4004 error is usually seen with Pocket Mirror. The first thing to try is uninstalling and then reinstalling the Palm desktop and then Pocket MIrror, if that's what you're using.
