Hello,

I just bought a Jornada 525 on Ebay and it was hardly used. I have had a Handspring Visor for the last few years and wanted to move to a color PDA, but did not want to pay alot of money. I was hoping someone can tell me if I will be pleased. I have read numerous reviews on the product and know that it is older and is not upgradable. Other than the low amount of memory and slower processor, will this work well for calander, email ect. Also I have a cell phone that only has a USB connector, which will not work with the Jornada (or most PDA's). Does anyone know a good way to get on the net with this product. I apprciate your help.

Hank

hey! i've been looking for a Jornada 525 buddy to discuss "stuff" with!

I purchased my Jordy the day it became available and I absolutely love it! I don't need it for business purposes, so it works wonderfully for me! And I can't tell that it has a "slow processor"!

I was thinking about starting a Jornada 525 User club & or website. I've found tons of great freebies & low priced quality software and would love to share my treasures with others.

You and anyone else can email me at eSheri@www.com if you're interested!

(If anyone is thinking about spamming me, its cool; this is my addy for spam!"

I have a 64 meg card for mine and it worked fine right off the bat! Make sure that it is inserted right, front facing front. You will not know that it is working just by inserting it, but it is there. Use the explorer and system info to see how much memory is left. From the PC open the "My Device" Icon and look for the card folder and you can drag and drop items such as MP3's to the folder. You can also intall programs to the card by changing the default directoty when prompted.

Hope that helps!
