Does anyone of a website or service that can upgrade the RAM on my M100 to 8 or even 16MB?

I found a website that shows you how to upgrade you good old m100 to 8mb just like a m105. It's a DIY upgrade and I dont know where to get the chips from. I was gona upgrade my m100 but I am looking at one of those lovely m130 now :)
