Can it Be done Simpler?

I have an iQue 3600 and will be traveling with a group to West Virginia. Once we arrive at a hotel we will be striking out on a prescribed route through country roads arriving back at the hotel. I have a detailed route that is given to me on paper. I can provide waypoints to all of the route and save them in my iQue before leaving home but because my departure point will be known (to the iQue) only after I arrive at the hotel it appears I can't setup up the route and save it until before we leave on our tour. These waypoints (VIAs) can only be added to an active route making it very awkward to prepare ahead of time.

Question:

-isn't there a way to do all of this before I leave home and just activate it when we leave on our tour?
I hope this isn't too convoluted a question

Go to QueGPS
Options
New location
Use Map
Scroll to the Hotel location
OK

Your iQue location should then be at your future hotel!
Set up your route from there and save.

Your iQue will return to your present location on opening the antenna. :)
