I have two expansion cards and the Wi-Fi card and it is very inconvenient to always carry them around in the big case i have for all my palm stuff. Are there any cases made specifically for cards? im thinkikng something like a transparent plastic case that will hold the card in place and give it some sort of protection.

There are both expansion card cases and cases that will hold both your Palm and your expansion cards. Just do a Google search and you come up with hundreds of hits.
