My computer is older Toshiba Satellite running Win. 98.
I re-installed the Desktop sw from the net, ver. 4.1 and the version following that, and the same thing happens either way now when I press the Hotsynch command on the Zire 21. Namely, everything seems to go ok, but no info is transferred in either direction. The log on the Palm says all things went "OK" - Memo Pad, Addr. Book, etc. There is no error or msg log under "Hotsync" in the Desktop program. I put a sample name and address under category 'Unfiled' on both the Zire and in the Desktop program, and neither one is transferred to the other. I'm doing this thru the USB cable that came with the Zire. Ideas?
