Would appreciate any help or hints.

Problem is Internet Explorer freezes when using wireless access and accessing "complex" sites (yahoo, ebay, etc. -- does not crash for craigslist, google search results)

Does not crash when directly connected to internet (ethernet to router) for the yahoo/ebay sites.

Wireless works great otherwise. Synching with main computer functions great wirelessly.

Details:
I've tested the "crash" of the PDA with main computer of f and on (no diff.). Also with PDA on AC power or batt (no diff.) Changed Expl. options -- caching on/off, accept cookies, ... And it still crashes with Calligrapher app not running. I've set display and power mgmt either off or to Max setting (5 min.)

What happens is yahoo page starts to load initially and after ~30 secs the Expl. icon animation stops and in another 45-60 secs, the unit seems to automatically Reset. The Reset empties the system tray, and an error message says "Calligrapher already running". Explorer app has quit, other apps may continue active (so it's not a real reset?).

This is Hitachi eplate, Win CE 2.11 (HPC Pro config) w/Hitachi patch 1&2. PC Card is Orinoco Silver w/latest driver downloaded (7.42), and I use 64bit ENCRYPTION enabled. I have not tested problem w/WEP disabled.

I've got at least 6 MB RAM avail for storage, more avail for Prog.

So, for all you tech sleuths out there, "who dunnit?". The OS, the app, the wireless, the WEP, or the user?

Thanks

I've had similar occasional freeze and resets with IE on my NEC Mobilepro 770 (WinCE 2.11 core; HPC Pro apps). All I can figure is that the installed rev of IE isn't up to some of the sites today. It doesn't happen that often to me. I use an Avaya Silver wifi card with WEP enabled most of the time.
