Documents To Go Issue

I just started using Documents To Go and I am having a problem synching between my home PC and my work PC. The error message in the HotSync Log states you can not sync Documents to Go between two PC's?? I searched the help and could not find any info on the subject, even sent dataviz.com an email, but no response to date. Any info would be appreciated,

Take a look in the "about" item in the menu.
If the version number is 3.xx it is probably the D2Go, which came with Your Palm on the CD, and this is limited to one PC.
To use the program on both Your home-PC and Your office-PC, You must have the version 4.xx or higher.
If You did register the program, which came with the Palm, with Datawiz, You may be able to upgrade at a reasonable price, otherwise You have to buy Doc2Go again at the full retail price, if it is really important for You to syncronize to two desktops.
