Does anyone know how setup mail/sync setting to sync with Outlook for Offline mode?

This is the error I get when I try to set the Mail Synchronization Settings:

Mail Synchronization Settings

WCESMgr -- Out of memory.

There is not enough memory available on this desktop computer. Restart your desktop computer, reset your device, and try synchronizin again.

What version of activesync are you using? The lastest version (3.8) is available from MS.
And have you tried "Restart your desktop computer, reset your device, and try synchronizing again." ?

Yes, using latest version 3.8 of ActiveSync.
Yes, restarted laptop and even did a PDA soft reset.
No luck..same issue!
