I used a Garmin ique 3600 for 2 years before it became faulty. Everytime I charged it, it caused a hard reset and lost all its datas.
So I bought a smartphone i-mate jam and a Garmin GPS 10.
The unit came without mapping software and I downloaded que 2.7 from the Garmin website.
The PPC connects to the GPS10 and shows good results. Position (coordinates) and speed are correct.
I have mapsource, city select europe and city select America with unlock codes.
But whenever I want to upload maps to the PPC it comes up with a message "no devices was found".
The communication between laptop works with the USB cable, Activsync works just fine.

Anybody who could help to solve the problem ????

You probably need the mapsource version, or rather the correct driver, that comes with the GPS 10 deluxe package.
Reinstall mapsource and you should be OK.

Download the entire GPS 10 Setup CD here:

Thank you very much.
The little toy works very well.
