I am using the Palm brand modem to try and connect to the internet on my 330. I know the modem works because I can connect on my TRGpro, IIIxe, and IIIx but not my 330. As soon as I tap the "connect" button, I get an error that says:

OK
How do I fix this without wiping out my data? HELP..Anyone !
