Downloading email on Outlook 2002 from POP3 server

I tried to download my email messages by connecting to my POP server. It downloads the message and disappear quicky from the inbox. I can send emails but can't receive with my POP account. I set it to "get full copy of messages" in the configuration as well.

Any suggestions? Please help.

How soon did they disappear? Did they disappear after you access the same messages on the desktop? Then you have to configure your desktop mail client to leave mail on server after retrieve. You can also check the setting on the iPAQ's inbox to see what's your "Only display messages from the Last .. days" is.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I tried sending a test message and receive it right after that. The message header flashes and disappear right away. This is being done before the message is downloaded to Outlook on desktop from the server.

You may want to try 3rd party mail client, these 2 are freewares;

Thank you, you've solved my problem. Both of my problems come from the PoP3 account set up. I deleted it and the connect popups went away. Email download is not possible as my ISP server does not support PPC POP. Thank you again!
