My Tungsten has died on me.

Can anyone help? My system is dead. The screen is frozen. I cannot do anything. Thanks

Did you reset it? Press the recessed reset button on the back with the stylus tip or a paperclip. If it still doesn't work try a hard reset (reset while holding power button) but this will clear the memory completely and you'll have to HotSync immediately.

I did press the reset button on the back several times, but to no avail. I will try the other suggestion you made. Thank you.
