OS Upgrade?

I am looking to update/upgrade the Pocket PC OS on my AudiovoxxPPC4100. It is currently running Pocket PC v4.20 and I'd like to get more current. What is best way to update OS to more current version? (i'm asking because of tech difficulties experienced and appear to be OS related)
