the link is no longer good.....any where else i can get the upgrade cd or any where i can download the software....if so can i download it to a sd card and install directly....i cant seem to find my cable...

For official Dell upgrade CD, try Ebay.
Or if you don't mind home made upgrade both WM5 and WM6, there are several here

maybe im missing something but i clicked on the link and there was two postings for 6.5 upgrades....i have a x50 midgrade with 2003 se 520 mhz 64 ram 128 rom.....i doubt i would get 6.5 to work with that....im thinking some where around windows mobile 5.0 or what is the safest bet...did i miss something on that link....i also have a x51 with out the wifi so i dont use it much....
