removing program problem

For some reason I cannot remove or shutdown a program that I downloaded by accident (when I was freaking about not being able to print to fax anymore, I started to download anything that I thought would help)
The program is AgnPrint - I have no idea what it does or who its by - all I know is that it's here and I want it to go away - but it doesn't want to listen

even after the Kill Application command was given it still won't die

any ideas on how I can remove this - or what it is used for

Have you tried uninstalling it using Add/Remove from the Control Panel? If that doesn't work, then try a SOFT reset first (but make sure that you back-up everything before that).

I really don't know how it dissapeared - I think it was after I did a hard reset :( ouch! because of the print to fax option error I was expericing - It still was in my cf card and then I was able to remove it from the control panel

I tried all that before bothering anyone - even a soft reset - none of that was able to fix my problem with print to fax or removing program

as always thanks for all your advice, Donald Problems are solved

I've been putting almost all my applications on cf card lately - so after a hard rest it's not so demanding of my time to reset everything up again.
