Total dead H4150?

Hi! There.

I bought a used 4150 yesterday and was trying to ROM upgrade this morning.
Broken connection happend during the procedure and 4150 gone-_-.

Hard reset doesn't work, I put 4150 more over 12 hours with battery out.
Nothing works, all I can see from 4150 is blue colored HP logo on ceter, blue colored "1.05H" and just below red colored "1.02" on upper middle screen.

Of course, I can't make activesync...

Nothings has happend except above mentioned screen.
Is here anyone who knows how to escape from fixed , dead state?

If there's no way, I hate to visit A/S center far from my place but I have to do.

Connect the iPAQ to the desktop, make sure activesync is NOT running, then run the ROM upgrade again.

Thank you AnswerDude for your advise, but it doesn't work at all.
I mean I can't make connection between 4150 & PC. When I try like your advice, I only get "connection error" message.
Anyway, thank you again!!!

Oh! I got it. I made it.

I saved time, money & relieved my mental stress^^.

At first several trial, it doesn't work at all.
I tried just before finally after blocking Activesync's USB, Serial, all others, and clicked ROM UPDATE exe file and I expected the same message "connection error" but appeared "ROM UPRADE ready"... Next procedure finished within few minutes.
