Problem synching with a E2

This is what is happening:

My Palm (E2) has some sort of issue with Notepad. It will not sync with it and it is also creating problems with my calendar entries.

-- When I sync, I receive a message that there is a conflict with a specific meeting in my calendar - it's a recurring meeting.
-- If I choose to update (?) with Lotus Notes, 19 entries are skipped/deleted (not entirely sure what that means).
-- If I don't, the sync fails - actually I think it fails either way.
-- It also affects my calendar in my Palm (same meeting), because it creates multiple exact meetings.

Any help would be appreciated ... :eek:

1. Force the sync from the desktop to overwrite to the handheld via the HotSync custom option.

2. If you know that it's a recurring event - delete that event. Sync, then recreate the event on the handheld and then be certain to have the sync set back to synchronize via your conduit manager.
