(tried e-mailing this same info to Franklin support - about 4 days ago now - no reply. So I thought I would try other methods)
As of a couple days ago whenever I try to open a book on my ebookman EBM-901 I get the message "Abnormal Termination Franklin.Reader.fxe - Error Code 258".
It had been working for months prior (I purchased the unit late June of this year) and the only thing that occurred that day is I did a 'restart system' from the menu (don't ask me why - just messin' about) - but it worked after that as well - it was 1 hour or so after that when it stopped working.
This morning I tried getting a new copy of all the operating system etc. and that installed OK but the message is still happening for all my books. I tried taking all the books off and re-sending them to the ebookman again from my library but the same error occurs. It appears to be ANY book that I try to open.
Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.
