Anyone have any ideas? tuffguy 11-27-2002, 09:40 AM Hmmm, I don't know if that's possible Maggie. I haven't heard of it being done. Considering the 130 doesn't have any of the internal or external components to play sound, I think it would be a whole lot better to go buy an mp3 player. Incidentally, I saw one at Circuit City with 510MB!! tuff maggie00943 11-27-2002, 10:01 AM Thanks, I kind of figured something like that, I did find a player called the porteus mp3 player it retails at $299 US. Kind of steep for an accessory. tuffguy 11-27-2002, 10:05 AM ya, most of the mp3 players (portable ones) seem to be going for about $150 (US). Try checking ebay though. You could pick one up there for much less. Maybe you can send me one for Christmas!:D Tuff pdagranny 11-27-2002, 10:37 AM Please do yourself a favor and stay far far away from the porteus. pdagranny tuffguy 11-27-2002, 11:51 AM I agree, but would be interested to hear why you way so. bechcorp 11-28-2002, 12:30 AM the apple ipod is available in 5,10 & 20 GB, for $299, $399 & $499 respectively. mac and windows versions available. also works great as a portable firewire hard drive. -bech maggie00943 11-28-2002, 01:06 AM Thanks for the feedback, the I-pod looks good, firewire? never heard of it. Is it the same as a USB? PDA Street
